What's The High Mast Pole?
High pole light generally refers to more than 15 meters of steel conical light pole and high-power combined light frame composed of new lighting devices. It consists of a lamp head, internal lighting electrical, rod body and base part. The shape of the lamp holder can be determined according to user requirements, the surrounding environment, and the lighting needs. Internal lamps are mostly composed of floodlights and floodlights, and the light source is NG400 high-pressure sodium lamps or LED. The rod body is generally octagonal, dodecagon, hexagon, rolled with steel plates, with a height of 15-50 meters, mostly composed of two to four sections.
The Components Of The High Mast Lighting
1. The light pole is octal, 12-prism, 18-pyramid rod body, made of high-strength high-quality steel plate by cutting, bending, automatic welding forming, the general height of 20m, 25m, 30m, 35m, 40m,45m and other specifications, the design maximum wind resistance up to 60 meters/second, each specification is composed of 3 to 4 sections of splicing. With flange steel chassis, diameter 500mm to 1.2 m, thickness 20mm to 40mm.
2. The function is mainly based on the frame structure, and the decorative main materials are mainly steel pass and steel pipe, and the lamp pole and lamp plate are treated with hot dipping zinc.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of electric motor, hoist, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable. The light pole is installed in the body and the lifting speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guide and unloading system is composed of a guide wheel and a guide arm to ensure that the light plate will not move sideways during the lifting process, and ensure that the light plate can automatically fall off and be locked by the hook when the light plate is lifted into place.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 4 to 24pcs 400W to 2000W LED flood light, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of turning on and off the light and partial lighting or full lighting.
6. Lightning protection system: the top of the lamp is installed with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod, and the underground foundation is installed with a 1-meter-long ground wire and welded with the underground bolt.
High Mast Lifting Type
Generally can be divided into lifting type and non-lifting type. The height of the lifting main rod is generally more than 18 meters, the electric lifting operation is convenient, after the lamp plate rises to the working position, it can automatically remove the plate, hang the ditch, and unload the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole light is equipped with two lifting control modes, manual and electric, so that the lamp panel can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters from the ground, which is convenient for maintenance. The length of the manual remote control device outlet line is 10 meters, and the operator remote controls the lifting of the light plate at 5 meters, which can ensure the personal safety of the operator. The lifting high-pole lamp is also equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the lowest position, one end of the cable is inserted into the socket of the electrical control system and the other end is inserted into the junction box on the lamp tray, so that the lamp tray can be directly powered and the lamp can be repaired.
The sealing grade of all lamps is IP65 international standard to prevent the immersion of dust and rain and ensure the service life of the lamp. The materials of lamps are generally aluminum alloy plates with good corrosion resistance and non-embroidered steel.
We usually say that the high pole lamp, in fact, according to the use is very different, according to the different use of the high pole lamp classification and name are different. For example, the pier is used, called the pier pole light, the square is used, called the square pole light, which is named after the port pole light, the airport pole light, the explosion-proof pole light, the stainless steel pole light and so on. It is usually believed that more than 15 meters of street light poles, called high pole lights, 15-50 meters, commonly used is 15 meters, 18 meters, 20 meters, 25 meters, 30 meters these five specifications are the most common.
