30 Meter High Mast

A 30 meter high mast approximately 98 feet tall,typically refers to a tall structure with a lighting fixture mounted on top, designed to illuminate large areas such as stadiums, parking lots, ports, or industrial sites. These high mast lights are commonly used to provide high-intensity lighting over a wide area. They may use various types of lighting technology, such as LED or metal halide, to achieve optimal brightness and energy efficiency. These tall structures can be equipped with a motorized system to lower the lighting fixture for maintenance or bulb replacement purposes.

30m high mast pole could be equipped with high mast raising and high mast lowering device system means the luminaire carriage can be raised or lowered for installation and maintenance purposes using the permanently installed winch in the base of the mast and a pulley head assembly at the top of the mast.

Head frame with lightning rod and upper latches base(made by cast aluminum) 3nos support pulley arms (pulleys made by cast aluminum) for lifting cables and layout 120°to each other.

3nos max support pulleys (pulleys made by nylon)for power cables running and 60°to support arms for lifting ropes.

Latches made stainless steel grade 304.Upper latches holder made by cast aluminum

One latch safety load capacity is 1500kgs, Total 3nos latches 3X1500=4500KGS

Lifting ropes made by Non-rotating stainless steel(grade 304 or 316) wire rope, two bigger steel ropes connect to winch drums and three steel ropes up to the latches at mobile ring.

One safety rope as safety backup can keep the machine work if main rope(lower rope) broken.

Winch body made by cast steel with high strength.Enclosed winch body with oil bath, no special requires for machine oil. Low maintenance for a long working lift.Winch design has damping device about the anti-fall function that the mobile ring can stop at any place of the pole automatic without any move even electrical power cut-off suddenly during the raising or lowering process.Winch design has a mechanical Torque protector which will cut off the motor input to winch gear automatic if steel rope overload to winch to make sure the steel ropes and all parts in safety.Winch can be drive by motor or manual

1,Machine&Manual Welding

With machine&manual welding,our finished high mast light without crack,leakage welding or bite edges. Especially smooth welding without the concavo-convex fluctuation or any welding defects.

2,Hot Dip Galvanizing

There are cold galvanizing and hot dip galvanizing process in the market,but hot dip galvanizing with longer lifespan,most customer prefer galvanized pole,and our all high mast light pole with Inside and outside surface anti-corrosion treatment by twice hot dipping acid. Zinc coating is more than 80 um thick, which is in accordance with GB/T13912-92 standard. And the galvanized surface is smooth and with the same color. Flake peeling doesn't exist after maul.test.

3,Powder Coating

Our high mast light poles with powder coating by 360°machine and manual spraying to make them strong adhesion & strong Anti-ultraviolet. The surface is not peeling even with blade scratch (smooth, color and luster are identical.).Various colors for option.

4,Packages

Our high mast light poles vale every quality details include packages with 4 manners for options: 1,only bubble-economical package; 2,pole body with bubble but top and flange with blankets-common package; 3,bubble and blankets-quality package; 4,bubble bags and blankets and bales,which mainly exported to Europe.You could choose any packaging according to the project budget.
